Amazon Responsible Person Service (ARP)

I have just registered to use Amazon as the responsible person for our brand using their ARP service. However, I do not know how to change my old responsible person to Amazon.

They are saying their should be an ‘actions’ tab in the responsible person dashboard but this does not appear for me which will allow me to enter all my regulatory documentation which I have. I suspect it is because I already have a responsible person registered but I do not know how to ‘unregister’ them.

I have raised the issue about 10 times with Amazon but continue to get stock answers explaining what responsible person is or linking to a FAQ that does not cover this.

I have seen posts on here asking the same question but with no answers. Any information would be great.
