Anyone had problems shipping to AddressPAL in UK?

You shouldn’t have any problems as long as the buyer has given an AP or APW number as part of the address. Without this they will not be able to forward the item to the buyer

HI there. We sell Electric Fires, and AddressPal frequently refuse to accept delivery of our items as being too large.
The item is then returned to us as undeliverable.
It depends on the size of the item you are sending I think.
The other problem is when the item arrives damaged, most often for us our customers transport from Address Pal to Republic of Ireland, but then expect us to send replacement parts or collect damaged item from Ireland, and we have to explain we would only do this from the delivery address (I.e. AddressPal) This causes a bit of agro sometimes! We tend to cancel the orders now if we know that they will refuse a particular fire model as too large.
