Hello, we have the problem that we receive the following error message:
“The submitted document does not match the document type (e.g. operating instructions, technical data sheet) that you selected when uploading. Please upload the document again under the correct document type.”
But the PDF is actually called “Safety information” and it also says “Safety information”.
So what is wrong again? The document type corresponds to the content and the name of the document.
In addition, it is not checked again at all.
As soon as you upload the document, it says “It is being checked”. If you leave the ASIN again and go back in, it says IMMEDIATELY DIRECTLY after opening that the document has been rejected again.
What I have tried so far:
- Rename the document
- Other content in the document
- Reduce / enlarge document

Hello unfortunately as usual again a totally generalized instruction people already know and much too late.
You say documents that do not comply with the Amazon style guide will be rejected. Great and what is the style guide for safety instructions?

die GPSR-Umsetzung auf Amazon ist die schlechteste Umsetzung, die ich je kennengelernt habe. Auf anderen Plattformen ist man in 4-5 Stunden durch bei ca. 2500 Artikel, hier dauert es Monate und noch immer sind ca. 550 Artikel in Prüfung. Immer wieder werden Angaben abgelehnt obwohl diese richtig sind.
Ihr solltest die KI mal abschalten und ein paar pfiffige Studenten mit der Prüfung beauftragen.

Das wäre bestimmt nützlich, wenn diese ganze eure kaputte Software vernünftig funktionieren würde!
Bei mir habe ich jetzt z.B. de folgende Situation:
Etwa 98,7% aller ASINs wurde teils manuell, teils per Upload verarbeitet, Die Angaben wurden von Amazon geprüft und akzeptiert.
Der Rest - etwa 1,3% - bleibt in der Liste als nicht verarbeitet und somit nicht GPSR-Konform stehen. Die Angaben werden angeblich immer noch geprüft, und das seit mittlerweile über 9 Wochen!
Gestern fand ich heraus, dass die meisten Einträge doppelt sind! Man finden die gleiche ASIN und gleiche SKU gleichzeitig sowohl im Archiv als erledigt als auch in der Liste als noch ausstehend.
Was ist dann richtig?
Es gibt auch Fälle mit zwei SKUs pro ASIN. Eine SKU ist angeblich geprüft und bestätigt und im Archiv, die zweite jedoch (gleiche ASIN!) wird noch geprüft.
Wie und warum und was gillt dann?
Seit mehreren Tagen habe ich diesbezüglich einen Support-Fall wegen der langen Prüfung, der ebenso von euch geprüft wird - wie eben die ASINs.
Zu aller Überfluss ist soeben noch eine E-Mail von Amazon.co.uk (UK!) erhalten, in der mir mit der Deaktivierung der Angebote gedroht wird.
Erstens: warum ausgerechnet amazon.co.uk (Nicht-EU-Großbritannien), wenn ich dort gar nichts anbiete und GPSR eine EU-Erfindung ist?
Zweitens: wieso will Amazon spätestens jetzt ganz klar alle Angebote (offenbar auch FBA) gleich deaktivieren, wenn der in der EU sich befindende alte Lagerbestand laut Verordnung nicht betroffen ist und weiter verkauft werden darf?
Drittens: wie soll ich die in der E-Mail bemängelte Liste denn in Ordnung bringen, wenn es dabei zum größeren Teil um eklatante Softwarefehler von Amazon handelt, die weder einzeln noch per Upload korrigiert werden können?
Amazon (co.uk, de und com) wäre gut beraten, zuerst eigene Hausaufgaben zu machen und erst ganz am Schluss mit den solchen Drohungen losrücken!

Erhalten immer noch die selbste Fehlermeldung wenn wir versuchen produktdokumente hochzuladen
"The safety_information document in locale de_DE that you previously submitted to meet the COMPLIANCE_MEDIA_safety_information requirement for your product listing is incorrect. Please supply correct document to resolve this."
Dabei ist es ein direkter donwloadlink zu einer PDF, auf anderen Plattformen funktioniert es einwandfrei, also liegt es nicht am dokument.
