I hope you are all well. I am deeply saddened and frustrated as I have been trying to solve this issue for months. Amazon has deactivated my account on the basis that I have been linked to another account. I have tried to appeal this discussion multiple times but left with the same response. To provide evidence but not told where or how to upload such evidence.
I remember being email a few months ago by an Amazon representative stating that I need to open additional accounts in different countries, e.i. Germany, France, Us etc. which I believe could be the real reason as to the linked accounts which makes no sense as I have not traded in these countries. Nevertheless, I see this is a common issue for multiple sellers and wish someone could help with this.
I have stock in my inventory and do not have access to sell nor update my inventory. This is causing me extreme stress and worries and hope I can resolve this to open my account again.
