FBA stock management, integrated with local warehouse

Can anyone give advise what is the best way we can manage our FBA inventory.
What is our problem:
We have our own warehouse from which we ship the products to FBA. Usually transport+receiving is taking 7-14 days. So if we ship on 25th of the month, the goods will be in FBA on the next month.
Every month we need to provide a warehouse stock level for FBA, our own warehouse and the stock that is still in transit. Unfortunately it is a big mess and we are want to make our live easier
We are trying to find a software that can help us in management of the stock levels.

We’ve trialed a few inventory software solutions over the last 18 months. Probably the best one we found was eComEngine’s RestockPro which would probably fit your requirements as there are separate areas for local inventory and FBA inventory (which links with your Amazon account to pull in current FBA stock). It also handles Purchase orders / incoming stock and FBA shipments.
For us, it didn’t quite work as, for some Amazon products we assemble them from various individual stock items we hold in the local warehouse. It does have a kitting option but in our specific situation it wasn’t suitable.
When I’ve got time, am going to write some bespoke software for us as there doesn’t seem to be a great deal out there…
