Account Linked by a third party How?
I think Amazon has an issue with sellers attacking other sellers and they have found a way to remove competition by getting accounts linked and suspended.

I have sent an appeal but it has not been accepted
I have used the contact link and spoke with one of your seller support team members who had very little information on this only that the linked account was opened in 2022.
I am told to research my end as to what the link may be but how can I do this without knowing what had made Amazon Believe there is a link.
From My point of view why would I need to open another seller account in 2022 when I have been selling on my own account for some years, I am well aware of Amazons policy on multiple accounts and know it is not accepted so why would I risk my account.
My brand name is G-Nix from my name Gregor Nixon - I have searched amazon for my brand and have found a few listings that were mine being offered for sale https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?rh=n%3A83450031%2Cp_4%3AG-Nix&ref=bl_sl_s_ap_web_83450031
If you look at these listings they are all offered for sale Dispatched from and sold by Amazon EU some have had there images changed to car mats, all have over inflated prices. I don’t understand why these listings would be available for sale.
Amazon claims my account has been linked to another seller, if this is the same seller that has got my listings then I suggest that that seller has some how got access to my personal details and has used them to attempt to hijack my listings on Amazon, so they can obtain my seller Asins and their ratings.
I am the only person with access to my Amazon account gr*******9@gmail. But is it a possibility that some one has obtained my email, my address, my phone number and attempted to open a seller account with the intention of getting my account suspended.
I would have suggested looking at who is still selling my brand but in this case that would be Amazon EU.
Please could you escalate this case so someone on the internal team can take a deeper look at what has caused my account to be linked and why Amazon EU is still offering my products for sale.

There are though a few things that may link accounts which you not have thought of. Examples are
- Use a prep centre the same as another seller who has been deactivated
- Using a returns address for FBA that is the same as another seller
- A former business partner opening up an account
- Someone who lives at your personal address or shares your business address opening up an account.
- Someone using your device to log into there Amazon account
Sometime there is no link. A lot of sellers have had trouble proving this. However a request for mediation has helped a number of sellers resolve this issue as at that point Amazon look into the issue more thoroughly.

Got exactly the same issue I am trying to help someone out with, only they have asked me to help as they have also been locked out of their account and cant use the contact links within Amazon.
Fellow t shirt seller, was getting his listings jumped on by another seller, then he gets suspended for being linked to an account with a similar name- His listings still being sold by the other seller.
I am surprised Amazon does not have more help for problems like this, or at least might be more interested that it might be happening.

We understand your concern. By the post it is clear that your account has been found to be linked with another account and has now been deactivated.
As mentioned in the email, you will either have to identify the reason of the link between both the accounts and prove through the appeals that you no longer are linked with the account.
OR
If you do not identify the account and the link between them, then, kindly discuss the possibilities that might have created a link with the mentioned account and provide proof of documents intimating that the accounts are no longer related.
