DPD are sending my customers messages from my account - how can i stop this

Hi, im hoping someone out there can help me as neither Amazon or DPD are coming up with answers!

The fulfilment centre I use to ship my orders recently switched from shipping my orders via Evri to shipping them via DPD.

Since the switch over, all my customer are sent a message from my Amazon account stating the following

"we are expecting your order. We'll be in touch when we have it and it's out for delivery       We won't ask you to sign for your parcel etc etc"

It's as though DPD have access to my Amazon account and are sending my customers this automated message.....does anyone know how I can stop this from happening?

I like to keep my messages clear...just for customer support and due to the issue above it means my seller central inbox is full of the same generic DPD message to every customer of mine which makes it a nightmare to communicate with customers who have sent a general enquiry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

James

How are you integrating with the fulfilment centre?

The issue will be that you are passing over the customers amazon email address and I assume there is yours in the system somewhere.

One would assume you would need to speak to your fulfilment centre on the integration setup into DPD.

I don't think amazon can do anything.

DPD doesn't have access to your account but this is standard messaging which customers are very pleased to receive. Why worry?
