I'm hoping a mod or someone can help, I have request a legal entity change following the sale of the company to new owners who bought a product range, certain assets but had no interest in our selling accounts.
A new limited company was set up to sell the rest of our range and we have sucessfully transferred the ebay cand shopify accounts very easilly but Amazon is a huge issue. They initially came back and said we need to settle the Amazon lending facility which we did. however I am not getting much in responce at the moment and they take days or weeks to get back via email.
We have so far had our account down for 4 weeks and we are loosing an awful lot in sales with staff, rent and suppliers to pay for. Is there a way to get assistance to get this sorted?
If shopify and ebay can do it within hours it should be the same for Amazon.
It's causing stress beyond believe and with the last quarter coming up we just want to get back to growing our business once again, having sold on Amazon for over a decade, I had hoped for better support when things like this need sorting. I have a number of cases open, the most recent says I'll get a call back when finalized but the huge issue is they cannot tell me how long if it will be hours, days, week or even months. I'm unsure if I need to make staff redundant which I really don't wish to do.
