Selling tea in pouches - How to prepare shipment to get approved?

Hey there! I’m going to sell a tea (tea bags) packaged in a plastic pouch (non-transparent) on amazon. I am unsure how to prepare the shipment so that it gets approved. Do I need to put the pouches in another plastic bag or can I put all pouches into one box? Thank you very much for your help! Any tips are appreciated.

 If the pouches are securely sealed and have the labels/barcodes attached they should be fine. No need to double bag.
