My product category cannot be changed

My product is about lung cleansing and supporting respiratory health, but it's been put into the weight loss product intestinal cleansing category for me, and I can't change the category!

Hey! To change the browse node (also known as the category path) of your product, here's what you can do:

Open a case with Seller Support – Go to Seller Central > Help > "Get Support."

Select "Products and Inventory" → "Product Listing Issue" → then choose "Request Product Classifications/Category Change."

Provide the following details:

ASIN(s)

Current browse node

Desired browse node (if you know it)

Reason for the change (e.g., better visibility, incorrect classification)

Amazon may take a day or two to respond. If you’re not sure what the correct browse node should be, try finding a similar top-ranking product and mention its ASIN in the case for reference.

If you are trying to change your category, the best way to do this is through a category specific file. If you are the brand owner and the category still doesn't change, then you will need to contact Seller Support and provide your batch ID so they can take a look. If you still need help after Seller Support investigates, please provide me with your case ID so I can take a look.
