We are have a problem

We are facing an account of deactivation issue for the last 15+ days, we haven’t got any notification/warning before it’s got deactivated, the one only reason behind this is uploading/enrolling the VAT, we think this reason is not acceptable as per Amazon policies which we have studied, that if a seller crosses a threshold of 10,000 GBP, then the VAT it’s applicable/required for the seller, so till now we have raised many cases, till now we haven’t got any updates,

Any solution for this problem?
