I tried contacting managing director 3 weeks ago but no response received. I also contacted payments team, merchant balance team, seller performance teams and none of them responded to email. I am looking for Amazon moderators to see if they will do anything.
Below cases were opened 2 months ago. The case status is transferred without any further response. Once the case is transferred it is not possible to followup on the same case either.

I am going through numerous cycles of same payment issue. I have contacted seller support several times but the issue is not resolved The cases have been forwarded to payments team multiple times but no response has been received. Please read through the issue in detail to understand the depth of the issue.
Initial problem:
In Germany, payments disbursed in February 2024 with the below trace ID was never received in bank account ending with 842.

Your seller support confirmed multiple times payment was successful. My bank couldn't trace these payments. After several escalations, your payments team responded saying disbursement failed. They added the funds back to the account manually and advised to try initiate disbursement again.
Further issues:
I verified the bank account registered on Amazon. It was correct and I do not find any issue with bank details.
I reinitiated disbursement to the same bank account ending 842 with the below trace ID's more than a month ago.

These payments are not received and the bank couldn't trace the payments. I opened multiple cases but all the transferred cases didn't receive a response.

However, these payments to new bank account also not received and my bank couldn't locate these payments.

These observation suggests something is wrong in payments account setup throughout the Europe region. These seem to be specific to my account that affected all payments since January 2024 and will affect future payments as well.
Please note your seller support do not have sufficient access to resolve the issue. I am very frustrated with the handling of issue by Amazon.
Please analyse the issue in detail and resolve the issue at root cause level. If you simply add back the funds to account, it will not solve the problem.
I hope someone sensible and with empathy will look into the case to offer support.
