Urgent: $25K FBA Shipment Missing for 4 Months – No Response from Amazon
Hello Sellers,
We are facing a serious issue with a missing FBA shipment worth $25,000, which has now been unresolved for nearly four months. Despite multiple escalations and countless follow-ups with Seller Support, we are repeatedly told to "wait" without any real update or resolution.
This delay has not only caused significant financial losses, but we have also lost product ranking and sales, severely impacting our business.
We used our own carrier instead of Amazon carrier partners, and we have been told that the delay is due to this.
Has anyone else experienced such a situation? How did you get Amazon to take action? We are running out of options and would appreciate any guidance on escalating this further.
