I have not received funds to my bank account

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue where Amazon claims to have successfully transferred funds to my WISE bank account, but I haven’t received any payment. This has been ongoing for over three weeks now.

I’ve provided my bank with all the details I could, settlement reports, Trace Id, and screenshots, but there’s very little to share since Amazon only provides a settlement ID, by which the bank says they can’t find the payment.

I requested Amazon to send proof of the payment, but they haven't been able to, so I can't forward it or any other information to my bank.

Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this with Amazon?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I found a similar case on the forum, where an agent from Amazon support helped the seller. Who should be tagged in this discussion, so that my cases and this problem are paid attention to?

I already see that my second payment has not arrived on time and I am afraid that the same situation will happen with it.

Our payment was late this week for the first time in years. We did finally get it, but I wonder if Amazon is having some type of hiccup where they are not sending them in time?
