How to use IP Accelerator to register a brand

What is the process for enrolling a brand on Amazon's brand register after completing the IP Accelerator service request? After the law firm I used through IP Accelerator completed my service request, I went through the process of enrolling my brand, and brand registry support requested I provide a verification code, which they supplied to the law firm's email address listed in the USPTO trademark application. When I asked the law firm to check the email and provide the verification code, they informed me that enrolling in the Brand Registry via the IP Accelerator program should not require me to provide this verification code. Am I going about this all wrong? My service request for the IP Accelerator program shows "Complete" with the option to provide a review. There is no option to proceed from there to register a brand. Please help, any one with experience on using the IP Accelerator program.
