I've had exactly the same this morning randomly. Never had issues with VTR since it started and we used buy shipping through Amazon.

I downloaded the report and it's mainly for large letters that do not get scanned by Royal Mail. They were never counting these against us beforehand.

We are also having this problem and we buy our labels through amazon buy shipping.

Same issue here. All labels bought through Amazon Buy Shipping. Report says it is the Royal Mail 48LL which are the problem items. Looking at the report it says the tracking number is not valid - presumably because it hasn't been scanned. It has to be valid as it is purchased through 'Buy Shipping' so worrying that it is not recognised.

my bet is that vtr states there must be at least 1 scan. They know royal mail rarely scan. A third of our orders are merchant fulfilled.. The rest FBA. Looks like amazon want customers to stop using merchant fulfilled and sign up for Prime.

Will close us down unfortunately if they remove our merchant fulfilled. We can't send at 48 tracked.. Double the price

Today we received same notification, we use buy shipping through Amazon and have tracking for 100% of our orders, but now would seem they are flagging orders which are not scanned.

For lower priced items there is no viable option but to use RM24 or RM48 which doesn't always get scanned.

Unless there's been a stealth change to the policy, Buy Shipping purchases should be automatically valid.

I feel like this might be a glitch as they're getting ready for the changes regarding International Shipments that comes into effect tomorrow.

Same here, I always use. Royal Mail signed for and buy in bulk through amazon.

Same here. All shipping bought through Amazon all with the same service and tracking. I, randomly (while I was looking for something else) noticed that it was at 100% day before yesterday.

Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Exact same issue, we buy shipping through Amazon and therefore 1st we should be exempt. 2nd the 2 items were posted using 2nd Class Large letter Signed for and both have valid tracking numbers and were scanned where we dropped them off with the tracking showing "Accepted at Post Office".

Spoke with Amazon suppport and they stated that there is a none issue with Royal Mail at the moment, so bear with them. I doubt anything will change TBH.
