Feedback and reviews
hi i have been selling on amazon since January this year. I have a few reviews however there is only two showing in the performance feedback section. I know i have 9 reviews could anyone tell me why they not showing in this section? Thanks

There is a difference between product reviews and seller feedback - so am I right in thinking you have 9 product reviews and 2 seller feedback ?

As correctly mentioned by @JillyB1, there is a difference between product reviews and seller feedback. Customer reviews are about the product, and seller feedback is about the seller and the purchase experience. Customer reviews do not affect your seller performance metrics, but seller feedback can have an impact on your seller performance metrics.
