repay balance due
Hi My amazon account inactive because I have Negative balance due.
So I want to pay Negative balance due and active my account.
Amazon was noticed me that If I want to active my account, I should Pay Neagtive balance due.
and There are 2 Methods of Paying Negative balance due.
First, go to the menu "payments" and click the "repay balance due"
But when I go to the menu "payments", I can't find "reapy balance due"
My account has been suspended because I have disconnected all of my card connections, and my Amazon fees have not been paid.
Therefore, I connected all the cards so that the payment could be made.
But I'm not sure if the payment will actually be made on the settlement date.
This is because the starting balance is minus amount, but Net Proceeds is 0 won.
In this case, is the only way to deposit money into an account?

There is no way to repay the negative balance, despite what they say.
If you have correctly enter a charge method than at the transfer initiation date they will take the money from your charge method. That said this happened to me recently, they took the money from my bank account not charge method.
