unable to open account with amazon in South Africa

Good day, I hope you are well. I have opened an account with amazon in USA marketplace but I want to expand it to South Africa marketplace, which I am unable to. Kindly assist me with this issue as I am based in South Africa, I want to start selling in South Africa marketplace. How could I do that?
