Size options can't be corrected - Really frustrating!

I've created a case to report an issue with the size information listed for several ASINs in the Amazon catalog. We are the brand owner, and we have noticed that the size information for 72 ASINs is incorrect. I've included all the required files in the case and I've explained it several times, however Amazon support still thinks I'm trying to update size chart instead of size options after a week.

Please help!

Currently, the sizes for these ASINs are listed as S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL. However, the correct size information should be 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, and 44. We have included the correct size information, along with the products and their barcodes, in the attached catalog for your reference.

Please find the attachment which contains the following columns: SKU, ASIN, BARCODE, and SIZE. This document provides the correct size information for each SKU.

We kindly request that you update the size information for these 72 ASINs in the Amazon catalog to reflect the correct sizes as listed in the attached file.
