Amazon refunded without notification from buyer for FBM
Hello,
I sold an item in German Marketplace, and the buyer address is in Austria. The item successfully delivered before deadline. Several days later, i received an email saying that Amazon initiated a refund, and reason is “customer return”. The buyer has not even contact me, and never knowing if he/she will return the item, how can customer succeed in getting refund this scenario?
I have messages amazon about this, but can anyone share some thoughts why this is, and if i can do anything ti combat this particular case?

Have you looked at the changes to returns in regards to providing local return addresses, items below a certain euro threshold etc?

You need to look up the new returnless refunds policy for shipments where you don’t provide a return address in the buyers home country
