Ireland return parcel, I need some help

I need some advice please, as my first time to send to a customer to IRELAND. I have done the best I can to provide the custom the papers needed but still royal mail return it back to me. It cost £10.50 to deliver for failed return parcel, some return to me and some did not return but buyer claiming they haven't receive the item. What should I need to do? The buyer asked for a refund. Is there anyway I can avoid this issue? What is going on with Ireland at the moment?

Did you put a CN22/CN23 label on the outside of the package/parcel

Did you put tha Amazon IOSS Number in Block Captial/NUmbers on the outside of the package and on the CN22/23

Eire customs as a matter of routine return them if you don't also if you get postcode wrong as well so check that

You need to re-package Do Not simply stick another label on the existing one and respond to the customer the item is being re-sent as An Post have returned it you under Import rules.

The Electrontic system with Click and drop for a lot of coutries does not work nor at a Post Office when you do it over the couter at point of despatch.

Yes i had them back from Eire at start of this as Electronic system was supposed to do away with it but hasn;t and them come back with an An Post rejected label
