I have been stuck to get a Response from ads team for more than 6 days.

Why the ads Moderation team isn't replying me.

I have been stuck in this case ID: 10399933812 for more than 10 days and no Response from the Ads moderation team.

Anyone have idea what to do here. Amazon support team totally seems Clueless here as they always say to wait. it's been a week. How can I solve this issue and get Response from that team.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
