Inability to track advertising ROI after first purchase?

Hi All,

We have spoken with the advertising team and they have told us that there is no way to see if customers who purchase through an ad come back to purchase again. The only ROI we can see is from the first purchase.

That is an issue for us and I'm sure others because we sell products that people buy regularly.

Does anyone know of a way around this or do we all just accept the ROI from the first purchase and that's it?

Any insight would be appreciated.

I understand it is a problem for you as you are not able to track advertising ROI beyond the first purchase made by a customer through an ad. Perhaps other sellers have found a way to do this outside of the reporting function presently available to you and other sellers.
