1-day delivery is showing one day later than expected
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this at the moment.
We’re fully eligible for Premium Delivery and all metrics are fine, but 1-day delivery is showing one day later than expected, even though it’s still before the cutoff time.
Orders are still coming through to be despatched the same day and to deliver the next day, but the listing page says 2 days.
Nothing has changed on our side, and this started suddenly a few days ago across all listings.

Our 1 Day premium is currently showing to buyers as a day slower than our 2-3 days standard option.
Can't even open a case about it because anytime I try it asks for an order reference for the order that is 'affecting VTR, ODR, or OTDR', which obviously is totally irrelevant.

Hello @Seller_3rUMc4X9XODJ2
Thank you for sharing your concern with us. I completely understand how concerning it must be to see the delivery promise not reflecting accurately.
Before we proceed with further investigation, could you confirm if you are still facing the issue? If yes, have you reached out to the seller support team regarding this?
Please share your case IDs for us to review the matter further.

Hey
We've been experiencing this issue for several weeks and have opened multiple support cases, none of which have received a response.
I believe the issue may be related to the rollout of the new delivery systems, although I can't say that with certainty.
Our Seller Fulfilled Prime delivery promise finally reverted to next-day delivery today. However, there is still a significant issue: customers who are not Prime members are being shown estimated delivery dates that are up to a week later, despite the fact that we dispatch all orders using a next-day courier service, regardless of whether the customer is a Prime member. Our performance metrics also confirm that we are consistently meeting these dispatch and delivery standards.
In addition, our shipping profiles linked to our couriers are showing a 24–48 hour handling time padding, which is incorrect. We dispatch orders up until 8:00 pm each day using a next-day delivery service, and over 99% of our orders are delivered on time. The delivery estimates currently being displayed do not reflect our actual shipping performance.
This issue is having a serious impact on our business and is resulting in a significant loss of sales. Estimated at well over 5-8k Daily
The problem has been ongoing since before Prime Day, and we would appreciate an urgent investigation into the cause, along with a prompt resolution.

Update: After more than two months of investigation, Amazon has finally confirmed that the issue is caused by a system-side technical problem, not by my account or shipping settings.
According to Seller Support, my Premium Delivery eligibility is active, my account meets all the required performance metrics, and the real-time shipping engine correctly calculates One-Day delivery. However, the precompute process that generates the delivery promises displayed on the product detail page is failing, causing customers to see 3-day delivery instead. The case has now been escalated to Amazon's specialist technical team to resolve the underlying system issue.
Hopefully this confirmation will also help other sellers experiencing the same problem.
