FBA shipment was delivered on 3/20, today is 6/5 and still has not checked in... it's been 77 days!
FBA shipment was delivered on 3/20, today is 6/5 and still has not checked in... what can I do?? When I went through the steps through the Help menu, it says it would be ready for investigation by a certain date, but that date kept changing and gets pushed back.

That is rough, I also experience the investigation date going up by 1 week every time the date is met. Its been this way all month for me

I have a shipment delivered May 1. It is 42 days later and it is not checked in.
You can't run a business like this. FBA is perfect for cheap small junk but expensive products cannot be stuck like that. This is not the only shipment, maybe 1 or 2 out of 10 will take multiple weeks or a month.
