The right type of business for selling handmade products
Hello, everyone!
I’m planning to sell handmade animal figurines that I create myself on Amazon. Could you please tell me if I can sell them as an individual? Or is it mandatory to register as a legal entity?
I tried registering a professional account but got stuck during the verification process. Amazon is asking me to change the account type from individual to legal entity, but I don’t have a registered company or the required details. What options do I have?

If you sell handmade figurines, it is a business and you need to register a company. Amazon is probably not the right place for you to sell your figurines
