My account health is perfect but my account is deactivated

Any idea why this is happening? I have no prior warnings and my account health shows no violation of any metric. I received the below email, I have appealed 2-3 times and I still receive the same reply. Please HELP!

"Dear customer,

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. This decision was made after reviewing both your account and the information provided.

What happens if my account is not reactivated?
You have 90 days after receiving this notification to either provide a valid appeal or choose not to appeal. After that time, you may contact disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk to request your funds. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. The policies we put in place are to protect our customers and selling partners. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.

We may not respond to further emails about this issue.

The email you’ve copied is the one they send once you’ve effectively appealed too many times. You’ll need to post the original email you received along with your most recent appeal.

You may need to look through each marketplace.

Section 3 Term & Termination

    1. deceptive or fraudulent or illegal activity
    1. exposes us to liability towards a third party
    1. our controls identify that it might harm other sellers

The above three from the section stand out to me.

No. 1 could mean multiple accounts, issues with tax or identity?
No. 2 could mean selling products which may pose a risk?
No. 3 could mean you anti competitive practices?

I have recently had to go through this as a review
I found that the address on my HMRC did not match identically to the address they held on my bank statement.
Once I had this corrected it went through no problem.
