Cannot Reach Customer Service at All

I tried emailing customer service and received bot responses that did not answer my question, so I tried chat. I received an error message. I scheduled a call I did not receive. I tried "call me now" and received an error message. How can I reach a human being?

You don't. Amazon has made it very difficult to actually speak to a human. What is the issue?

You can now reach Selling Partner Support through live chat

You can now chat in real time with a Selling Partner Support associate on Seller Central to resolve questions about selling on Amazon.

We’re constantly working to improve the support we provide, and have heard your feedback that you’d like more ways to reach an associate on our team.

With live chat, you can connect with an associate to immediately discuss your issue. Our associates can help you with the majority of issues via live chat.

If you need to open a support case, go to Get Help. Once you select your store, service, and issue type, click Contact an associate and then select Chat.

To help us improve the live chat experience, let us know at the end of each session if you were satisfied with the support provided.

We are sellers just like you. If you need help you will not get it here if you do not tell us what you need help with. So post or move along.

I have a tip for you to get thorough...

Go to Menu> Performance> Account Health> click the call me now button at in the top right. Tell them about your issue if they can't help directly they will transfer you to the right department.

The issue is he does not want to talk to a seller because we know nothing. LOL So here we are trying to help those who do not want our help. What's up with that.

You are implying that there is actually Amazon customer service. All they need are bots giving away sellers items which makes and saves them money at the same time.

The sooner you realize that you can't talk to Amazon, the better. You can ask a question here, in these forums, and that's about it. Otherwise, you're on your own. And no, it doesn't matter if you have 6, 7, or 8-figure sales.
