Cancelled removal did not come back to inventory
Hi guys
I created a few removal orders and after a few hours I cancelled them.
Now my products shows out of stock. Nothing returned to inventory.

But the items did not go back to my inventory and it shows out of stock

You can only cancel a removal order if it is in the planning, pending or processing stages. After that, it reaches completion stage and cannot be cancelled. The chances are, your goods are on their way back to you and this can take some considerable time, despite the order being completed. This might help you:
Cancel a removal order
You can cancel a removal order if the status of the order is Planning , Pending , or Processing .
- On the Manage Orders page, click Advanced search .
- In the Search drop-down list, select Order ID and then type your removal order ID. Click Search .
- Under Status , confirm that the status is Planning , Pending , or Processing .
- Under Action , click Cancel this order .
Important: Your removal order may already be in process before the cancellation request is received. Check back later to confirm that your removal order has been successfully cancelled.
