Some reviews not showing
On a few of my listings, it says I have five reviews for example, but when clicking on see all reviews only three reviews show.
Anyone know why this is happening? Also for a friends account he told me the same has happened to him and that his top rated review from the dropdown shows a one star review at the top with no upvotes…

Hi Walter,
Amazon introduced one-tap ratings for product reviews end of 2019, so shoppers can give a star rating without the need to write a review.
So although these reviews are “missing” (not showing) because they were never written in the first place, ratings from verified purchases will still be counted in the overall tally.

I started a similar thread. Im so disheartened by this turn of events. What chance do we stand. I have just had a product killed stone dead because of this. If you do a petition I would sign. Also thinking of writing to the MD.
