Amazon FBM locked into Shipping managed by Amazon
Hi Has anyone else experienced this? I had to take a few months of FBM and now I have come back I have no control over my shipping as it says Managed by Amazon next day free delivery. I found one thread on here but its closed and nobody replied to it.Any help would be appreciates I have opened a case with Amazon.

Were you able to remove the "Managed by Amazon"?

Item was delivered on March 8, 2025, at 10:47 AM with proof of delivery (photo + signature) submitted to Amazon.
The customer never contacted us, didn’t request a refund, nor claimed non-delivery — this strongly suggests the negative feedback was left by mistake.
Despite providing all evidence, Amazon hasn’t removed the feedback. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this.
