I have received this message from amazon and I don’t know what to do.

My order will be arriving from the seller in 2 months. Is there a customer service number where I could call in the UK? I need advise on how to reactivate my account. Any help is highly appreciated!!

You can reactivate your account in Seller Central by verifying your account information and updating your charge method. On the Account info page, select ‘Charge Method’ in the Payment information section to update your credit card information.

An inactive account is different from having an account suspended / deactivated. It’s just a security measure - once you verify you are still wanting the account it will be made active again.

We had the same email however it was for our .com account which has been in holiday mode since the start of the pandemic

I’ve had this email twice today and no idea why! I checked my payment info and everything was still showing as being verified and everything else looks fine. I’m hoping it’s just a mistake.
