Manage Returns 'Label Required'?
First time I’ve seen ‘Label Required’ on the Mange Returns page (screenshot below). Does anyone know why it says Label Required and what if anything I need to do?
The reason the customer gave was that I sent him 2 copies and charged him for 2 copies but his order details show he only ordered the 1 copy, and was only charged for the 1 copy. He didn’t order 2 copies.
Thanks

Haven’t seen it before. Have you checked the original delivery address? It may be an area that the default labels can’t be used for or something like that, I guess?

Is this the latest clever attempt at a scam ?
I would be sending the customer a copy of his order and the payment he made as proof that only one was sent as per his order.

I’m also not sure, but i wonder if it is because the buyer has received something in addition to their order, so the system doesn’t know what label is appropriate as it doesn’t know what the extra item is?

I believe this is an update that Amazon have applied where it now shows where you have to supply the buyer with a pre paid return label.
Have you checked your Orders “Cancelled” Tab ?
The buyer may have purchased a 2nd item by mistake and then cancelled it immediately before it even made it to your Pending sales tab.
They would have been charged by Amazon but it takes a few days for the return of the money to the customer (hence why they think they have been charged for 2)
I’m not sure where the scam is here, as when the customer returns the 1 item you will have your 1 item you sent back.
Amazon would be able to back you up on them only being charged for 1 and any A-Z would be dismissed as you have refunded in full according to Amazon’s own system.
