Marking a parcel as shipped by UPS

I have just sent a 3kg parcel to France by UPS. I normally use Royal Mail, but this is currently not working for parcels weighing over 2kg (I sell books, and it used to be possible to classify them as documents, but RM have not yet got PDDP working for documents).

I went to the Amazon order page to enter the tracking number, but discovered to my astonishment that UPS do not appear in the drop-down list of carriers.

Is there any way around this?

I can see UPS in my list of carriers. You must have missed it. Did you stay up to watch the footie last night?

Hello @Seller_KFUUaaOlB4oh2,

Thank you for reaching out to Forums Community.

We understand that you are experiencing UPS intermittently disappearing from the carrier dropdown when confirming shipments.

To help us investigate, could you confirm:

- Is this happening on all orders, or only specific ones (e.g., international orders to certain destinations)?

- Are you using Seller Central manually or via feeds/API to confirm shipments?

In the meantime, as a workaround: If you select "Other" from the carrier dropdown, you should be able to manually enter "UPS" as the carrier name and add your tracking number

We recommend opening a case with Seller Support referencing this specific issue — that UPS is missing from the carrier dropdown on the Confirm Shipment page. Please share your case ID here so we can flag this for further review.

@Seller_5W8aVQzJRgT8Q & @Seller_5W8aVQzJRgT8Q We are happy to help. We suggest you open a new thread and share the case ID with us, for us to review and assist further.

I'm having this same issue. I opened a case ID # 12957037562

UPS is well known, reliable carrier. It is strange that it is not supported.

We have the same problem with UK - Euro orders we use FEDEX and this is missing.

Have same issue with UPS not in the list for UK to EU countries. amazon have stated due to new customs charges on items under 150 euro items and some carriers not approved yet. Its a nightmare as parcels already gone with carriers by stage adding tracking numbers.
