How do i contact a customer after i have shipped there order
Hi
I have tried contacting a customer by clicking on there user name and then it brings me to a page CONTACT BUYER
But the option i want OTHER is greyed out all the options available for me to use are 1. Send necessary legal documents or 2.Send a digital access key
I need to contact a few customers as it is urgent i inform them there order has been sent by (By Sea) instead of Air .because of the covid-19 issue shutting down the Mail distribution hubs. And could they put in a order cancellation request so i can refund there payment, as i dont think they are gonna want to wait 3-6 weeks for their item.
I have contacted seller support but as ever they answer every question apart from the one i asked,
I am going to contact them again and complain about my original question has not been answered.
I really dont have time to faff about with these people.
Help the Seller should be replaced by confuse the seller, but alas i have to spend large amounts of my time just to get some basic answers to some basic questions, with out being to rude some times i think i am dealing with a bunch of b—y idiots

SELLER SUPPORT AGENT SAID In this regard, please be informed that you may contact the buyer through buyer seller messages.
i TRIED THIS BUT NO SELLER MESSAGES SHOWED UP.
SELLER SUPPORT AGENT SAID However, we do not have the access to cancel the order from our end.
I NEVER ASKED AMAZON TO CANCEL THE ORDER. I ASKED HOW CAN I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER AFTER THE ORDER WAS SENT OUT

How can i contact the customer/s (There is more than one i need to contact) to explain the situation with there order and address this message i want to send them.

I do apologise but I have just learned from the Thai postal services that I can only send your order by sea and not by Air as the air mail Postal Hubs that service the Uk are no longer open until further notice due to the COVID-19 Virus.
This means that instead of taking any where between 1-3 weeks if being sent by Air.
Now It will take 2-5 weeks if being shipped by sea
If you would like to cancel the order you can put in a order cancellation request and I can refund your payment.
I do apologise for this but as I am sure you are aware that this was beyond my control.
