Hermes issue Delived but Customer not received it.
Three of our order that was dispatched together has not been received by our customer but all of them received message from Hermes that package is delivered. How to resolve it.

Presumably you have the tracking number for the parcels ? - check on the site and if customers still saying not received copy and paste the delivered confirmation.

Hermes are useless, the law clearly states for a customer to receive a package they must have it put in their hands, hermes just throw them anywhere and take a picture and say it is delivered, fight hermes for photo and claim from them, the vast majority of customers dont lie but hermes do
