Why does my seller dashboard not show the total lifetime ratings count?
There is a box on the seller dashboard that says Customer Feedback. I realize that each parent listing shows the number of product reviews for that parent child/group. When I click on that number in the Customer Feedback box on the dashboard, it brings up the pages of all the seller ratings - lifetime. I have 900+ while the dashboard says 23. I counted the ones I received so far this year to see if they are only showing current year but the counts don't match.
Do they remove lifetime feedback from global marketplaces when you quit selling in one of those marketplaces?

I Sold Nearly 300 books over 12 months last year...But Only Got 12 Feedbacks...
Sadly there was a streak of 3 crackpot complains which put my 12 month performance percent down to 66%. This Grossly Distorts my Actual Lifetime Feedback with is 99% Positive... Two people gave me a 1 or 2 for "Cancelling an Order" for Which they were never Charged...Another was Just a Nutty Rant.

Hello! @Seller_eLWPdKCd50pSN
Thank you for bringing this matter into our attention. These are great questions, our help article below explains how the lifetime feedback and ratings are calculated:
How does feedback and rating work?
Your question regarding if you stop selling in one marketplace, would it affect your lifetime feedback. This is something that is not covered in our help articles; however, the calculation is only affected if those feedbacks and rating are removed. If you stop selling in a particular Marketplace, those ratings are still accounted for.
If you have additional questions or still consider there are discrepancies with the calculation, please raise a Case with our Seller Support team.
