Hi there,
I need urgent help as am really concerned about by VTR that has suddenly dropped to 42% I've have uploaded the tracking just a few hours after marking the order as dispatched and have been doing that for a while now but haven't really faced anything like this before The VTR report is showing the tracking invalid of many order with date mostly ranging from 23 Feb and onwards
I hope anyone from the forum or Amazon can help me out

Think someone posted a few days ago about an issue with RMs recycling tracking numbers around the date you mention - which caused them problems with VTR.

Our post has the attention of a mod so you can always comment there too.
The issue is that the VTR snapshot is locking the tracking in immediately after marking as despatched. Whereas normally it will lock it in at the promised delivery day. We have a ticket open with SS at the moment and Account Health are dealing with it, apparently working with another department to fix it. You need to log a ticket too as it will help that the issue is affecting multiple businesses. Their VTR policy still says that you're able to edit and add tracking up to the promised day.
The VTR report is on a 10 day lag as you probably know, with a 30 day rolling period so from now until the time Account Health sort this out (hopefully) add all tracking before you hit despatch. It will take around 5-6 weeks for your VTR to go >95% from now.

Someone has a thread at the moment about what might be the same issue. Are you marking dispatched at one point, then editing in the tracking information a few hours later?
If so, the system seems to have altered such that it's only considering the initial marking off for VTR despite the VTR page saying it should allow you to alter it and the VTR score will update for the new info.
Whether this is a bug or an unannounced policy change is hard to say.

i am getting the same have you noticed on amzon some orders are showing waiting for collection in efect they already bveen delivered and its not helping
