Long term storage fees for stock NOT held in FBA France / Germany

Hi everyone - I recently noticed that my disbursement proportion of EU sales had dropped! I am currently using EFN/ remote fulfilment after deregistering France and Germany VAT numbers many months ago. I disabled placement of products in those FBA warehouses. I marked the remaining stock for disposal and that was that. On noticing that my funds were not adding up I looked again and found that I am being charged long term storage which is now escalating rapidly - I have looked everywhere trying to solve it but no luck. My capacity monitor tells me I have 3 units in Germany and 4 units in France. My Multi Country Inventory report says I have nearly 100 items spread across France, Germany and a couple of others - but this can't be possible. They are all disabled for stock placement and the figures do not add up with other reports. When I try to remove the stock it says 'items not available for removal'. WHen I try to open a case it won;t let me proceed without a batch inventory number - which I don't have and can't create as they are marked as not available for removal. Even when I try and use a different route I am unable to open an actual case. I thought I was using EFN/ remote fulfilment but obviously not. Today I deleted all of my EU listings in the hope that it would create stranded inventory that will be easier to get rid of but even then it will not let me create a removal order dispose of the items. I have been through this several times since deregistering my VAT numbers but I did not realise I had been facing such financial losses over it as I don't look much at the EU stuff any more. I am tying myself in knots paying out money every month for something I cannot resolve. Please can someone help! Also - although i deregistered my VAT numbers and disabled placement in France and Germany, I am repeatedly being asked to put my VAT Numbers back in. My account is on a permanent alert over it but there is nowhere to confirm that I do not have one any more. I'm sure this is not helping either!

Thanks!

have you checked for any returns in all marketplaces- any returns will mean you are required to be Vat registered in each relevant country. You can’t remove the stock back to UK and need to dispose of them- if that is what you find. Disabling allowing storage doesn’t seem to apply to returns.

Update today. It is now about 6 weeks later - the case remains open and stagnant and with no actual response following what looked like SC understanding of the situation. What looked like a resolution has never been concluded. I have no listings in Europe, no stock, no VAT numbers, removal and disposal orders that were submitted over 7 months ago but still Amazon are taking multiple EU fees from me every month. Last week was another £250 straight out of my bank account (because I have no funds to take it from in EU since I am NOT selling!).

Absolutely no way of knowing what it is for. The replies just say it takes time to sort but why? How long? The reimbursements I am already due are over £1000 but the stress of seeing more and more money leaving my bank account for no apparent reason is truly terrifying! Thanks to @Christine_Amazon for commenting on the post last time but I wonder if she or anyone else can help. @Ezra_Amazon @Julia_Amazon @Sakura_Amazon_ @Sarah_Amzn @Simon_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon @Winston_Amazon
