I get error: FBA-SSR-10002 when register for FBA

Hello dear community,

I am a new seller on Amazon, registered as business and from a country that is accepted for Seller Registration.

Please help, I don’t know what else to do… I am getting the error below when I want to register for Fulfilment by Amazon service:
Registration cannot be completed. Please contact Selling Partner Support for more information. FBA-SSR-10002

Everything it’s ready to start selling. All the information was provided as requested to Amazon.

My account currently:

  • Current Status of Listings: Active
  • Sell On Amazon: Professional
  • VAT Services On Amazon: Eligible
  • Amazon Business: Registered

I already contacted them, and after some messages with them, I got an answer with the steps indicated here:

I understand that you are unable to register to FBA and displayed with error FBA-SSR-10002. Please be informed that this error is displayed when seller does not have a valid primary business address on record. Please add the business address and then register for FBA. If you believe that you already have a valid business address on record, please remove it and re-add it. Please make sure to add state/country/region in the address also.

I have an registered business address, but I did like they suggested, I changed my business address, I added the all possible details and got re-verified again. And today was finished the verification process with providing all the required documents. I wanted to register again as FBA and I am still getting the same error FBA-SSR-10002.

Everything it’s provided to amazon. Also provided Moldova VAT nr, Germany VAT nr, EPR nr. as I told, everything its fully provided. I can add products as FBM and when I am trying to convert them to FBA from inventory, appears the same error.

Please help me someone or amazon team please contact me directly. I am ready to provide any kind of information or documents you need.

Really don’t know what to do. Any help I will truly appreciate. I did a lot of work and learned for a long, long time to be able to sell on amazon with FBA service.
