We need definite answers about the Re-verification

Hi, @Sandy_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon, I am one of the individual and professional sellers residing in China, sincerely expecting your effective help about the Re-verification.

Honestly untill today there is still no "I am individual" option in entity types for the sellers residing in China in the process of the Re-verification, and is there any progress from the partner team please?

The email shows Amazon only gives us limited time to provide information to complete the Re-verification. Recently we're really worried and anxious day by day because we are preparing plenty of inventories at the manufacturers in order to send to Amazon Fulfillment Centers, but now we are afraid of missing the Re-verification because there is always no proper option in entity types for us to select. How can we continue the Re-verification process?

Honestly we have read some messages from Amazon, almost all saying that "We are aware that some individual sellers selecting the ‘Individual’ business type are receiving error messages saying 'the current business type is not supported.' The team is looking into this and should hopefully clarify the situation soon". This is really confusing and puzzling, becase this is not an effective answer to us.

So please contact and urge the partner team for this issue to get definite responses, and we need definite answers, which are just as below:

1st, if this issue is just due to the technical bug, how long will the technical team complete the repair please? We need a definite time frame for it but not an endless waiting because we still need to preparing the inventories.

2nd, if this is not a technical problem, please give us a definite notice with clear steps and details, saying what the reason is and what we should do for this situation, because Amazon only gives us limited time to prepare the information and we are afraid of missing the Re-verification.
