Amazon hanging up
Hello,
It’s not the first time when I call Amazon they hang up while they are checking something.
Is this supposed to be normal // usual, anyone else had the same?

Not personally, but there have been several sellers on here have reported the same thing happening.

I’ve had it happen frequently, usually when it’s something they can’t answer easily.
I think Peter’s probably right. I guess they have to ‘answer’ a certain number of calls per hour and if it looks like you’re going to be tying them up they just bail on the call.
Personally I think it’s extremely rude. Imagine if we did that to a customer who phoned us.
Amazon shouldn’t be setting quotas. If calls are taking longer than necessary then Amazon need to improve their staff training, their policies, or both.
