Account verification nightmare
I have been selling on amazon for over 7 years, always kept a healthy account with no issues.
My account went into verification because my unit number had changed (its the same unit they just changed the letters on them on my industrial estate) I have uploaded the documents but it has now been 6 weeks and still nothing.
Can anyone here help Im on the verge of going out of business I have contacted amazon on many occasions but still nothing. I have over £1000 held in my account for orders that have been shipped and delivered that I can not access.
I dont know why this is taking so long this is how I make my living.

In exactly the same boat. The whole thing is an absolute joke and a complete waste of our time, and the poor Amazon staff who have to deal with our repeated requests for information and answers. So far it has cost me over 1k in sales and shows no sign of being resolved any time soon.

We are having the same issues, been trading for almost 3 years and they have done the same thing to us. There is no urgency from Amazon and disregard the fact that it impacts your business. We expect a better level of service from Amazon. Another thing they do to delay things, they ask you a question and then wait a week or two to reply and then ask you another question, why cant they just ask all questions at the same time or even better pick up the phone and call us? this level of service is not professional or helpful from Amazon.

I am having the same problem Marie been selling on Amazon for 12 years. Been going on since November so I've had no Amazon income since then in fact they used up all my balance to send my stock back to me! There was a window where I thought it was all resolved so I sent the stock back in but it's still ongoing so all my stock is stranded!
I've sent numerous documents in that they've asked for but they are still not accepting them and it has all the info that has been asked for on them too.
I like you have always had a healthy account and I think this came about as stock I send out myself in the post box I was still putting stamps franking not realising everything has to be tracked these days. Not a problem as I can do that but will need to put my prices up to pay for it.
Hopefully our accounts will be all sorted out soon, fingers crossed!
