500 Internal Error on Identity Information page

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with accessing the Identity information page.

On the home page on Seller Central we need to fill in additional information there. Message: "Additional information required for verifying your selling on Amazon account"

However, when I click on the link provided: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/sw/SSR/BusinessKYCInfo/spaDashboard, I get an "Internal Error. We're sorry, but we encountered an error while processing your request.". This is a 500 Internal Server Error.

We have had contact with all the possible teams on Amazon, but this issue is still present. Technical, Customer, Seller Support. Multiple levels of Escalation.

Our account was fully compliant before and got a perfect score with no violations at all.

This might be due to the value "fillExistingCustomerEmail", which is "true", although the link between the Amazon Customer account and Seller Central is removed.

Seller Support redirects us to the KYC email, which tells us they cannot locate our account based on our email and that we need to open a case for Seller Support, who then redirects us back to the KYC email address and so on.. However, our email works and we can login like usual.

We have this issue for weeks now, and it isn't moving anywhere.

My request is to enter the Identity Information page.

The KYC process might need to get restarted, or the email in the Business and ContactInformation need to be set manually to the email on the Seller Central account.

My goals is to finalize the KYC verification without further delay. Please assist us in this matter.
