We were asked to submit documents for verification of the Amazon payment account (National Identity and Certificate of Residence).

we did import it. The verification team recognized that the document was received on 09 August 2024, it's been almost a month since the account was temporarily deactivated, a large stock is held at FBA, resulting in daily holding costs.

The verification team has sent three automated notifications in the last three weeks, indicating that they were reviewing the information we had provided, but unfortunately no action was taken regarding verification or activation of the account. In the identity information section, it is clearly stated that verification can take from 24 hours to 10 days.

Can you help and advise us?

Please confirm how much time it will take account verification as my account is showing pending for validation last 10 month, My VAT is already activated in UK.

Due to this my payment never disbursement in my account and i am not able to send my FBA shipment in UK marketplace.

Please confirm need to be done from my side

The account verification have been waiting for verification for 85 days now (Starting from Januaryr waiting for verification).

We receive the Performance Notifications received from account-confirmation-eu@amazon.co.uk saying that: Our funds are being withheld until all mandatory information is verified, we need to provide required document in 14 days on 8th of January 2024.

We have upload provided all required document on 8th of January 2024....till now the payment team are currently reviewing the information that we have provided. The verification is still going on... Case id: 9549807452

At the same time, we are informed we have passed the verification now indeed. Case id of Amazon Seller Support: 9631099392

Now all funds still are being withheld, serious impact on store sales..

Any assistance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
