Dispatching business customer items 

Hi guys,When buying shipping for business customers how come I can only purchase 1st class or the more expensive postage, I normally send my items 2nd class but the drop down only lets me purchase 1st class postage does anyone know why ?

Hi guys,When buying shipping for business customers how come I can only purchase 1st class or the more expensive postage, I normally send my items 2nd class but the drop down only lets me purchase 1st class postage does anyone know why ?

I have the same problem for a couple of weeks now. It is where the businesses are shut on various days such as Saturdays and Bank Holidays.Amazon seem to be using the closed dates as part of the delivery calculation. Even though the 2nd Class post estimate of 2-3 days is fine to reach the recipient by the due date.Where a business is open 7 days a week it works fine.
