I am unable to fulfill a particular set of ASINs (all under the same parent) from my Shopify store using the Amazon MCF app. I have opened a case (16575715791) but would like some additional escalation if possible as this is really affecting our fulfillment of a newly launched product.
There are plenty of available inventory as you can see below.

But it appears it won't create an MCF order because the Amazon MCF app fulfills with blank boxes and for some reason, this is causing an issue. I had no issues with the same ASINs 2 days ago.

And there is no option in the Shopify Amazon MCF app for me to disable using blank boxes as this is the default (just to get around the error so I can ship my product). But ultimately this seems to be an issue with the inventory but every looks good from Seller Central - this is new inventory that was just shipped into the FC and have finished transferred around and are available!
Can we get some escalation into this issue? This issue will break our business if not resolved quickly...
