DD+7 Policy for Orders with no tracking
Humble apologies if this has been covered elsewhere!
We do, on occasion, get an order which has to go via a method which has no online tracking. High value shipments to Northern Ireland, the occasional pallet. These all tend to be +£400 orders. Amazon's system will not update to show delivery - they aren't tied into every delivery system in the world. Or maybe it's someone up the road from us so we hand deliver it, because we're nice like that.
At what point does the DD+7 system (which we are not on at present although it is due to drop on us in 2 days) decide that we can have these funds? Or will Amazon just decide to keep them forever, because Amazon.
Grateful if anyone knows, ta :)

It's 7 days after the estimated delivery date

Well, that's far from ideal but at least we get it EVENTUALLY. Thanks for the info!

Hi there @Seller_0XWc3TbYeT9US,
Just wanted to reach out and confirm that the response from @Seller_kKOdRZuhZIPPS is correct. In any instance there is no tracking or tracking fails the funds will be released from reserve 7 days after the estimated delivery date instead of 7 days after the delivery occurs. Thank you for your understanding.
