How do I contact DPD to discuss the service they are providing us with SFP?
Does anyone know how to actually contact DPD regarding the service they are providing us with SFP? Yesterday we had one van turn up that could only take a quarter of our parcels. I had to hire a van myself and take them to the depot so I didn’t miss my Amazon orders.

Without meaning to state the obvious, but in the absence of an account manager at DPD, have you not tried to contact them directly?
A simple search on Google will give you the information you need.

Should also add that when we used DPD, their performance of collections from us was poor. Poor to the extent that we ended up sacking them off.

As far as I’m aware, you need to contact them via support, using the category for SFP.
Amazon have their own DPD team.
But if your having problems with collections and such like, your best bet is to simply give your depot a call and speak to the manager there.

Needs to be dealt with by the Amazon SFP DPD on boarding team. 0121 275 4869, don’t press any options and you will get through to them. The depot will not be able to sort anything direct.

Have you thought about using Amazon shipping? Usually comes with an account manager.
